This weekly group meets Thursdays online from 12:30-1:45 pm EDT/EST. Participants can join from their respective provinces Canada-wide. You will be contacted for a short interview prior to confirming your reservation. This group will be ongoing and starts January 22nd, 2026. See below for the time difference.
