This weekly group meets Thursdays online from 3:30-4:45 pm. This therapy group is 75 min long. Participants can join from their respective provinces Canada-wide. You will be contacted for a short interview prior to confirming your reservation. This group will be ongoing weekly and starts January 22nd, 2026. See below for the assumed time difference.
